Nasdaq Position Overview

Nasdaq Global Information Services is responsible for selling real-time market data worldwide and we are now looking for a new student to be a part of the Operations team in Copenhagen.


Your daily tasks

  • Provide customer service (phone and email)
  • Customer relationship maintenance and update of systems
  • Supporting our customers with reporting and invoicing
  • Support our Sales team
  • Extraction of data reports
  • Take on individual projects and ad hoc tasks

What we offer

A position with international outreach to both clients and colleagues worldwide, at the centre of the financial industry with Nasdaq Copenhagen, previously the Copenhagen Stock Exchange. We need you 15-20 hours a week and offer a 12 months' contract, with the possibility of extending the contract.


Who are you?

You are currently working on your Bachelor or Master degree. You are dependable, flexible and take responsibility for completing your tasks. You are fluent in Danish and English, work effortless in Office programs and have technical flair. You enjoy connecting with people, but more than anything, you take pride in delivering first class customer service.
